She was paired with a recent graduate, who was everything Meagan wanted to be. “I remember paying attention to everything she did. I would take mental notes on how she carried herself, how she structured her day, launched her businesses, every little detail and it paid off ten fold,” Meagan recalled.”That mentorship changed my life, because it taught me how to build and sustain fruitful professional relationships.
It also showed me the power of having someone from your industry in your corner.” Nearly two decades later, she’s teaching other women how to do the same. Through online courses, one-on-one mentoring sessions, and customized training programs, Meagan has worked with women at local, national and international levels. With more networking and professional development happening behind screens, she hopes to create space for women to share, build and uplift one another from all corners of the world.
